Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assiting customers with their needs (either in-person or via telephone)
Operating a cash register, computer and paper catologing systems and processing daily paperwork and forms,
Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers,
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appeatance at all times,
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
 
Required Skills: 
Ideal candidates will possess:

Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a definite plus,
Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and oral),
A positive attitude and great personal drive,
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.

Availabilty to work on weekends is favored,
Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful.

Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation is a MUST!
Must be at least 18 years of age.
