As a NAPA outside sales person you will promote the entire NAPA line of products and programs.
You will work with the local store manager to develop plans to sell automotive replacement parts to the After market industry.
This role will allow you the opportunity to perform educational seminars, clinics and presentations on NAPA product lines and services.
We develop the knowledge and skills of our outside sales people as they learn about and service our customers.
Required Skills:
Must have a valid driver's license and provide own transportation.
Great communication and listening skills and a professional appearance is a MUST.
Must be able to perform in a quota driven environment.
Excellent at prospecting and cold calling skills while maintaining current customers and business needs.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Willing to assist in collecting on past-due accounts if needed.
Willingness and ability to learn, with great problem solving skills.
Pre-employment drug-screen and background checks are required.
Minimum age is 18.
No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accident in the last 4 years.
